Running Is a great exercise for being a healthy life and health mind, many people think that running is just a boring thing ,but when you take this seriously your this view can change when you see the result of the  running, When we run we are developing our body strength and our mind strength ,so When you wake up In the morning you have to do just one thing In the morning that you have to run faster that you can do best for your life,The most glorious benefit of the running is that it is the free of cost and you c an do I t in anywhere you want, second thing is that it doesn't take your money to buy anything you just need a pair  of shoe that you can wear it and enjoy the running, when you run your all body move and remove the fat from your body ,it improves your all over health and you can live longer period of time, you can improve your digestive system this is proved In many studies that if u run In the morning you can make your digestion working very well, Running is a mood booster it can help to decrease the level of stress In your body when you run your body release the hormones that are good hormones like endorphins that can help your to tackle the stress, and waking or running is both are the best exercise to do I n daily life, it can change your sex life too and make your muscle working well, This is good for your heart and make your heart better, it reduce the risk of the  heart attack, Running is beneficial to your bones and joint it can improve your joint pain and knee pain also, But when you start  run slowly if you are a age of 60 plus if you are new to running ,It can make your life longer and give your a better body and your never gone be fat ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,So you all must keep all these things In your mind and start running today or next morning
